Princess themed shower-help please
I posted this on the Baby Shower board too.
My sister is expecting a little girl & because my sister has always been the princess in our family I would really like to throw her a princess themed shower. Does anyone have any ideas or pics for inspiration? I was thinking alot of pink & sparkle. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. TIA!

Oh cute! You can make little castle centerpieces out of toilet paper and paper towel rolls. Just cover them in glue, roll them in pink glitter, glue on a window or two and then top them with rooves (cones of pink construction paper).
Maybe rent a horse and carriage as a gift to her and let all of the guests wear crowns (hers has to be bigger, though - you don't want to upset the princess).
GL!

Sometimes I wonder if scientists have never seen a sci-fi movie before. "Oh yes, let's create a super species of deer. NOTHING COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG." I wonder if State Farm offers a Zombie Deer Attack policy. -CaliopeSpidrman
My sis & I are very close, she's the only sibling I have. She definately enjoys being the princess & I have no problem letting her be. I really want to make this a shower she'll remember & enjoy.
That is such a good idea! I was thinking of having cake be a castle or a baby girl with a tiara & wand. Thanks!
I think something like this would be a cute favor for your guests:

Etsy has some cute princess themed invitations too:

A princess themed cake is a must too (well not really a must, but it would be a great touch).
Here is a cute one:
(If I were throwing the party I'd have to order the cake, because my cake decorating skills leave something to be desired.)
For centerpieces, I love the bouquets of feathers pictured here:
(I suppose it's not entirely princess, but I think it would still go nicely with the theme).
Hope this helps!
Thank you so much! Those are great ideas!
