I inherited my Grandpa's ollld Canon camera when Grams passed away. I don't know ANYTHING about the different types of 35mm film... I know it's got different speeds, but I don't know how to decide which one to get. I know I can probably google it, but I thought I would see if any of you can offer me some advice who have experience with it. It's embarrassing that I don't know anything about the thing, my dad's going to have to teach me how to load the film into it! The first camera I owned was the advantix (I think that's what it was called) kind where you just dropped the film in the camera and it loaded and unloaded itself.

Re: 35mm photography anyone?
I would go with 400 since you're just shooting for fun and it doesn't require a lot of user know how to get decent pics. 800 is pretty much the same as 400, but more expensive per role. I found a brief article on it if you'd like to further explore the topic: http://www.essortment.com/all/camerafilmflas_rork.htm
That's perfect, thank you!
