We weren't going to exchange gifts this year, but I couldn't resist getting him a little something.  I found out one of his favorite comedians (ventriloquist Jeff Duhnam) is coming to Hartford and his brother is also a fan and they are always cracking jokes from his skits, so my SIL and I went under cover together and got them tickets to his show in February.  We're going to surprise them with the tickets on Christmas.

I got DH a record player b/c one of his Aunt's gave hime some great old Sinatra and Beatles records earlier in the year and we have only been able to play them at his parent's house since we don't own one. I also got him some new boardshorts and sandals for our honeymoon in February. Can't wait for him to open this stuff!!!

Everything he wants cost too much.  I tried saying lets not do gifts, but he didn't go for that. I have no clue what I'm going to get him.

 He wants a new IPod, a Kindle, and a new GPS.

I got DH a new iPod Touch, some sweaters, The Hangover on Blu-Ray (when it comes out) and a few other smaller things. His birthday is this month, as well, so it's all kind of combo gifts.

LaaLee, your countdown is a bit depressing, just over 2 weeks until Christmas!

 

I did go out any buy a few things today for him, some clothes, but nothing he is going to die for. Jeff Dunham is such a great idea! I am going to look into comedy tickets too!

I'm getting DH the new Beatles box set as his big(ish) gift.  I'll pick up some new Blu-ray movies he wants and some shirts or some such. 

 

Thanks for the count down Laura... I need to make sure I place the orders for the stuff I was gatting from Japan soon!  Yikess where did the time go?
