Home Loan - APPROVAL!
YAY!!!! I got the email today from my lender that we have been approved for our home loan. It's almost triple of what we were approved for earlier this year. I am in complete shock. We won't be using all the money we were approved for because we couldn't make the monthly payment. Nice to know we are worth more than we thought. 
Contacting the realtor for this Sunday! The long search begins!
