Any Nesties Who are Landlords?
Hi, I don't live in Oregon, but had some questions for fellow OR Nesties who are landlords...hopefully someone can help.
My sister owns a property up in Portland, she lives in CA. She wants to either go through a property management to handle this for or handle it herself. She wasn't sure which Property Management place to go through, any recommendation would be appreciated.
Also, does anyone know how you can run a credit check on a potential tenant?

i work for a company who deals with lots of Property Management Companies.
if she's looking for ideas of where to start i can give her a list of people we work with.
if you give me an idea of where in portland its at, it'll narrow it down for me.
