Hey if you all could send some vibes. prayers, thoughts whatever to DH's cousin. She is midway through her surgery to have her brain tumor removed. The surgery was supposed to start at 7:30am. I'm not sure if it stared right on time or not, but it should be about a 6hr procedure. She'll be in the hospital for about a week afterwards and won't know her prognosis until they do tests on what they took out.
Keep fingers crossed for something with a very high survival rate since any kind of tumor is cancerous. They are treating the area with radiation today during the surgery, however that is the only time they can do so without possibly damaging the surrounding area. We won't know for a few days if she will need chemo at all.
