I usually don't watch PP fanatically -- it usually serves as background noise for the most part, but I watched both eps last night (were both new?) and I was impressed.

Kate Walsh is phenom. Still can't stand the character of Violet.

Anyone else watch?

Religiously, but I didn't catch last night. I installed Sims 3 on the computer and neglected my puppy instead But I'll get back to you as soon as I watch it. (and yes, both episodes were new; it was a two hour special, but they like to split them into 2 separate episodes, my guess if for DVD release ease).

I like the show but havent watched last nights episodes yet -- I plan to watch them tonight.   I agree though - Violet annoys the crap out of me.

I didn't used to hate Violet. But her story line since her trauma has been killing me. I haven't watched yet, but I have seen previews, so I know what she did last night, and yeah, kind of po'ed. I think they're trying to play up her character more because, honestly, before she got pg, she could have easily been written off and no one would have missed her (like the middle child in Family Matters).

Agreed. This season I want to smack her. But gosh, Amy Brennamen is pretty.

I totally don't get the relationships on the show anymore. From the pilot the couples were pretty much ordained (Addison and Pete, Cooper and Violet, Sam and whatshername) and now they're all over the map just sleeping with everyone. I mean, Addison and Sam?? But hey, the more Taye Diggs the better, so I guess I could get on board.) I hated Violet and Pete together too.

Also watch religiously.  We missed last week's episode but watched this week's.  It was awesome.  I usually prefer Grey's if I have to choose, so I was disappointed that Grey's wasn't on and PP was 2 hours, but it was worth it.  H and I both can't stand Violet.  She is ridic.
