***Paging cocojack10, got your Colombian red bean recipe ***

Hi Jackie,

Ok, so I know I promised this to you a long time ago but I finally got the book and was able to scan the recipe. Below are a couple recipes from the book. Didnt know which one you would prefer so copied all of them (who knew there were so many variations of colombian beans)

Colombian Beans.pdf

Hogao   Frijoles Paisas   Tips: Use dry beans, and just make sure to soak them overnight before cooking.   Regardless of which recipe you choose, make sure to use teh hogao, this is the secret to great Colombian beans. (actually to most Colombian dishes)   Also if possible by a spice called "trigisal". It's by the ethnic/colombian section of the supermarket. Just add a dash to any recipe and this will give it the real colombian touch. It's a lot like sazon goya, but it has it's own taste.   gl!
