Anyone here (or your respective SOs) use Gamefly.com?
I'm considering getting it for H as a stocking stuffer type thing.
H will buy video games from time to time and they're expensive! Then he's done with them - he throws them on the shelf and rarely if ever plays them again.
He also doesn't trade them in or sell them (I've asked him to before).
So I think this might be a good option for him. I know it's kind of like having Netflix but for video games- but do you gals have any raves or gripes about it?
Re: Anyone here (or your respective SOs) use Gamefly.com?
R uses it and LOVES it. He had the same problem - he'd buy a game, play it for a few days and beat it, then it'd just collect dust on the shelf (or worse, he'd drop $40-60 on a game and find out an hour in it sucks and he's out the money). It usually takes a bit longer to get the super popular games/new releases but overall it hasn't been a problem. I know he got Left For Dead 2 the day after it released.
It's also great if you have mutliple platforms (wii, PS3, Xbox360, etc) as you can pick games for any of the systems you own.
