Save this boy! Urgent transport- York, SC to Charleston,SC

This dog is 2 years old, friendly, and is scheduled to be euthanized at a high kill animal control facility in York, SC at 5pm on Monday because he is heartworm positive. He won't even go up for adoption. We are observant Jews and don't drive on Saturday, and have work on Monday, so we are unable to pick him up. We desperately need help getting him to our house where we can foster him and put him up for adoption through our rescue group.
