Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

crossing my fingers for good dinner!
I am making birthday dinner for my mom tonight and I am crossing my fingers and hoping everything comes out OK...
Cider brined chicken with grilled apples, sauteed brussel sprouts with lemon and pistacios, Yukon Gold and Sweet Potato Gratin (posted to the recipe facebook group), and my mom's favorite date cake that my grandma used to make her. I had crazy dreams last night that the chicken was raw in the middle when it was all done. Good thing hubby is good at grilling!! 
Its all on his shoulders, I just do the prep work.
