Prayers appreciated...
A 15 year old girl who's been going to our church youth group died of alcohol poisoning last night at a sleepover. To make things worse, this girls little sister died of SIDS 9 or 10 years ago so this is the second child this family has lost. I was friends with her mom's younger brother back when that happened and it took a long time for them to recover. I can't imagine them having to go through it all again. My heart is breaking for them. Please keep them in your prayers.

I hope the parents in charge of that sleepover were properly punished?
The parents are being investigated... apparently they don't ever drink and the alcohol was brought over by someone else after they were asleep so they may only have to deal with their own guilt and not any punishment by the law.
It's a hard situation on so many levels. Thanks for you prayers ladies.
