what shoes you'd wear with this dress (mine is more of an amethyst purple), to a January wedding in Maine.

I am obsessed with shoes.  Purple is hot!  Purple would look good with a metallic shoe such as gold or silver.  Leopard would look hot too. You could wear black....our really cool metallic heels in gold or silver like these:

If you do wear black shoes you could wear black tights.  Just a thought to keep you warm....well warmer....

I agree with Cipolla!!  Metallics are so in right now..silver would be great or even a grayish color.  If you do go with black heels wear black tights.

Ooh, P.s. one of my groomsmen's wives wore this dress to my wedding in blue.  It was lovely!  Great dress.

it's by  "Suzi Chin for Maggy Boutique"  I got it at Marshalls, on clearance, for $20!!!  I googled it to find the picture, so other stores are still selling it, and other variations of it.

My friend wore this dress (or one very similar to it!) to my wedding. She wore some really cute black shoes and look fab. I think anything that the ladies have suggested so far would look adorable .
