I have applied for jobs there a couple times. I got interviews, but never got in.
I met someone at the library whose DH worked there. She said he liked it and I should mention his name if I applied, but in retrospect, they probably get a recruiting bonus.
Anyway, they seemed like a nice place to work. I wouldn't know for sure though.
Hi there! I used to work at American Funds and my hubby currently works there. I have never experienced or heard of anyone needing permission to use the restroom.
Additionally, yes people that work there do get a sign on bonus, BUT if you are referred you automatically get an interview. If you would like to use my hubbies info send me an e-mail

Finally, the company is a great place to work if you are an office type person. The benefits are suburb-15% in your retirement, automatic health insurance, normal vaever you cation time and such. It is not a play around type environment where you can just say whatever you want but I think most of the people have a good time. I dont know what specifc info you are looking for, but hubby has been there five years and enjoys it. If you want more info e-mail as well.
