Anyone have a good fudge recipe?

I'm thinking about making fudge for presents this year, if I can find a good recipe.  Anyone willing to share?

Re: Anyone have a good fudge recipe?

  • Yup - and it's super easy too!

    1 box powdered sugar

    1/2 c milk

1 jar peanut butter (the store brand works best)

    1 jar marshmallow fluff

Combine powdered sugar and milk in LARGE microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for 6 minutes (watch for boil-overs).  Then microwave the peanut butter for about a minute to melt/soften, add to sugar mixture.  Microwave fluff for about a minute to melt/soften, add to mixture.  Pour into pan (I use a glass 13x9 baking dish) to harden.

  • I've always used the recipe on the back of the marshmallow fluff container and I always get compliments!
