We made an offer
On a house today! It was very exciting because it was our first time ever making an offer, and we haven't owned a home before. Currently we rent from DH's parents, and we have a 3/1 thats about 900 square feet (super tiny!) The home we saw today is about 2000 sq feet in a nice neighborhood in Sunrise, and its a 4/2.5! I have never lived in a house that had more toilets than people. The house currently has no other offers so we are really positive about it, even though we know we are still a bit far off from living there. Thanks for letting me share!
