Yay!!! I'm never going to get there. (Unless I go on bedrest again when I get pg with #2, then I'll probably be on here 24/7!)
When did you have to go on bedrest?
I wasn't concearned about that until the past few days. Eh...I have small vessels and they are gonna take me there. Oh well, the prize is worth it.
I went on bedrest at 24 weeks and stayed there for almost 12 weeks. My perinatologist caught (by pure luck) my cervix was shortening (measured 7mm, anything below 2.5cm was dangerously short) on our second, and what was supposed to be our final visit to his office.
Needless to say, that visit was not our last visit, we saw him every 2 weeks, but as far as I'm concerned, that doctor saved my baby's life!!! (Plus, I got to see u/s of him every 2 weeks AND I never had to wait in the waiting room at any doctor appointment... they always ushered me right in to a bed to lay down to wait for the doctor!)
And the final result DEFINITELY was worth it!
I laughed so hard my Mom even wanted to know what was so hilarious. She even cracked up. So nice. Love it!!!!!
