Woo-hoo Monday! How was your weekend? Do anything fun? What's up for the week?

This weekend was great!
Friday - Flew to Vegas and checked in at the Encore. They gave us an amazing suite that was more like a small apartment.
Saturday- Race expo, saw the Lion King, and ate at the Society Cafe.
Sunday- Raced in the freezing cold. Finished in 3:09.
Today, we're going in for another ultra sound.
Fri - relaxed
Sat - ran some errands, hung out with neighbors
Sun - recouperated from Sat, ran some more errands
this week - I *think* it might be my last full week of working! my contract is up so I'm going to be funemployed for (hopefully) just a few weeks. Not sure if they'll need me to come in next week, I'm hoping not.
I didn't do anything I had planned, but that wasn't a bad thing.
Friday- was going to wrap presents and bake, but my XH didn't get my daughter so her and I hung out and relaxed
Saturday- XH picked up daughter for the day, I still didn't wrap or bake b/c I went to the hospital to see my friend's new baby girl!!!, Saturday night we stayed in a nursed a cough
Sunday- errands, laundry (and all that fun stuff), then to my mom's for dinner
Tonight we're supposed to go see Christmas lights but not if its raining. Boo. Other than that I have no plans this week.
The weekend was okay.
Saturday: Went to La Capilla for my Grandma's b-day. You get a free meal and flan if it's your birthday. She and my great aunt told a bunch of hilarious but awful stories from when they were children. For instance...Grandma's pet chicken was dirty. So, she decided to put it in the washer. No more pet chicken after that. They grew up on a farm, incase you were wondering.
Sunday: Dog sat and watched the whole season of Bored to Death. Good show.
This week: More kitchen stuff. And I get paid tomorrow. Yay! It's the first paycheck with real hours again.
My weekend was alright. I was still in KC for most of Saturday and didn't get home until 11pm. Sunday I just vegged and tried to get caught up on tv, the interwebz, laundry, etc.
This week it's back to the grind; it's my first day back in the office after nearly two weeks.
I had a fun weekend.
Friday: Dinner and movie w/ MH
Sat: Errands and H's bday party
Sun: Lazy
This week, I have a crapton of work to do. Blah.
Most of my weekend was spent studying, but I did take breaks to watch our friends little boy's soccer playoffs. They were amazing little guys!
This week I have my three exams. I can't wait until it's all over Saturday.

and the hub gifted me with a new point-and-shoot camera. yay!
on saturday, the bean and i were guests at the annual in-n-out kids' christmas party. there was food galore, a petting zoo, a pony ride, crafts, etc. so much fun! and then i had a junior league GTG. topped it off with dinner with brother wan and the ILs at victoria gardens.
yesterday i attended an annual holiday party with some of my besties and had a great time. meant to go to unique l.a. to pick up some fun handmade gifts, but got lazy and never made it. dinner at brother wan's restaurant with the ILs.
Kirkette - I'm super impressed!
Fri: Dr appt to get drugs for a sinus infection, they made me feel awful so I spent the night on the couch and then went to bed early.
Sat: Worked like a dog to finish a grip of camera strap covers, hair cut in the afternoon (went with the Katie Holmes cut on the Oct cover of Elle - love it!) and then sushi party at night. Fun, until the drugs made me sick. Ooops.
Sun: Holiday party with some cool chickadees. Hang out at home and relax the rest of the day.
Friday: Great dinner at Patina followed by the best concert ever at Walt Disney Concert Hall -- third-row seats for The Airborne Toxic Event.
Saturday: Lunch with brother and dad. Hunt for book. Hunt for dry bag for camera, etc. for Costa Rica trip. Holiday party.
Sunday: Holiday brunch.
Saturday: Dropped our foster puppies off for an adoption event and stayed in the area to do some shopping. Began the fun process of re-stringing our artificial tree with LED lights.
Sunday: Baby shower, put lights up outside & finished up the tree.

Sunday: Pretty chill. More errands, unfortunately had to do a bunch of work stuff that was due Monday morning.

Friday - studying and reading
Saturday - Reading, Had my hair braided (dark and curly for the holidays), then dinner and New Moon for the 3rd time with my Twi-bestie.
Sunday - GTG with the girls, speed Christmas shopping, and I watched Elf for the first time.
Fri: Date night and went and saw Brothers
Sat: Gun shopping. We purchased a Glock 19 for Christmas.
Sun: Relaxing. Drank coffee and read the paper. Cleaned around the house a bit.
I woke up today with that feeling that something bad is about to happen in the next day health wise. My throat is a bit sore, my ears itch and my face has so much pressure. Ugh. I think this week will be spent in bed. I met with an organization I am going to volunteer with today. I am helping them on Friday and Saturday as well.

F - had insomnia. Got online Christmas shopping done for aunts/uncles on Harry & David.
Sat - VEGAS! Expo with my mom. Fambam went to nasty Monte Carlo buffet. Lost an undisclosed amount on Wheel of Fortune slots.
Sun - ROCK N ROLL race! Freezed myass off. But got my best time. Dinner at RM Seafood - LOVE LOVE LOVED. Brunch was buffet at Ex Calibur, so gross. Shopped with mumsy.
That is awesome D! Although, I'm making the saddest face ever that you ended your weekend in Vegas at the effing Excalibur buffet.

I totally read that wrong b/c it was listed last. In that case, I'm still cringing that you even had to eat at Excalibur period, but am very happy that you ended the night at RM!
