Tiny Totland, Manchester

I am fairly new to the area and in researching baby furniture locations I came across tiny totland. Has anyone bought furniture from here? How are the quality/prices? I am happy to have an option to check out besides BRU but probably won't be able to get there for a couple weeks... Just wanted to see if anyone had any opinions! TIA :).

Re: Tiny Totland, Manchester

  • We bought my son's crib and furniture there (Baby's Dream) and the quality is very good. The line was being discontinued, so we got a very good deal on it as it was 20% off!

I just ordered my daughter's crib there this past week. It wasn't cheap but that is because of the line that I picked (Old Mother Hubbard). They have a wonderful selection and good, reputable lines of funriture to choose from. You'll find it more expensive than BRU but the quality is higher.

    GL!

  • We bought our cribs and dressers there and are very pleased. I agree with Heather - more expensive, but the quality is higher than some of the stuff you find at BRU
  • We didn't end up buying our furniture there, but DH and I did check it out and it was a great store! I would definitely say that if you're looking to have somewhere besides BRU to scope out this is a place to go.
  • We got our daughters crib and dresser there as well.  I really lked the selection they had and the quality is excellent as well.  They were great to work with.  Our furniture was in within 2 weeks after ordering it.  I do suggest that you order far in advance because some lines take up to 4-6 months to come in.

  • Sometimes you can find a good deal there, but generally they are overpriced.  They do have good quality furniture there, though.  If you have the time and are willing to hunt around for good quality brand names of furniture (check out baby bargains to read reviews), you can most always find better deals on them elsewhere.
  • we went to BRU in Nashua today and I really was not impressed with the selection! They have a ton online that I liked and hardly anything in the actual store :(  Oh well, we are just starting (have some time - I am only 16 weeks) so we will keep looking...

Any other suggestions of places to check out? I heard about baby furniture warehouse in MA but was hoping to find something closer!
