and all he wants to do is snuggle mommy! it is kind of cute, but poor baby! he woke up w/ 103.1! i will take him to walk-in tomorrow,
Re: owen has a fever
tylenol brought it down to 101, (do you think it should have gotten lower than that) then at the 4 hr mark it was back uo to 102.8
thanks for asking
It brought it down alot, so thats good..... but what I'd look for to determine whether or not it's bringing the fever down "enough" would be if he is acting normally or not (not as clingy). Now that he's over 6 months old also, you can also do a combo of Tylenol and Mortin if just tylenol isn't doing enough. Tylenol every 4 hours and Mortin every 6 hours.
Good luck and let me know how Owen makes out at the doctor when you take him!
Great advice from Laura. I knew about the Tylenol but not Motrin. I didnt know that they could take both at once. Good to know!
I hope he feels better soon poor little Owen but its got to be a great feeling to have him snuggle against you because mommy makes him feel better
Laura thanks so much for the advice i kove having a place to go to get advice from more experienced moms! i went out and got motrin, its great cuz it lasts up to 8 hours, hopefully he;ll go down for me he cried a bit ago when i out him down, now hes sleeping in my arm
