F/U to my work situation

Well it looks like I might be leaving my job. I talked to my boss today with no luck. She won't move me to another positon just because the woman I work with and I don't work well together. She wants us to sit down and talk about it. I'm not good with confrontation and I know that is going to be wicked awkward after the fact.

DH said to give her my two weeks and then I will go home for Christmas. He said I honestly don't make that much money that it would make much of a dent in our finances lol

I'm thinking right now I'll probably get by on babysitting jobs. I work every Sunday taking care of an infant and then I'm not sure what I'll do.

I hate this. I just wanted one job to last me through the next 3 semesters or so of college until I can get a real teaching job.

If you have any job vibes you can send my way I'd appreciate them. Either for a new job or my boss to change her mind and let me take the position that's opening up.

Sorry about your job though. i dealt with something similar at a job. I talked to my boss, I talked to the girl, we all three talked ... nothing worked so for my sanity I left. it'll it work out!

I'm sorry it didn't go well. I say, shame on your boss. You guys work with children, if two people don't work well together, you change the situation. It's best for the kids, and best for the employees. I'm just going to say it, I think your boss is dumb.

Sorry to hear that the talk didn't go well. Sounds like what you lack in a boss, you make up for with a great DH. Take care of yourself. You have too much going on to worry about dumb people's drama.
