Let is snow! Let it snow!

I always love the first snow fall of the season and this year it was even better because our puppy got to see snow for the first time. Smile  Lily absolutely LOVES it!  She was running and hopping around like a mad woman this morning and then would stop to bury her face in her foot prints and eat a couple bites.  I hope to catch her on video this afternoon before it all melts.  And of course by early February I'll hate the snow again.

Re: Let is snow! Let it snow!

  • Oh, how cute!  We had a couple inches of snow down here this morning but now it is just pouring rain and making a big mess.  :(
  • I love the snow right now but I'd be soo much more happier if I was at home listening to christmas music, cleaning, and hanging out with my puppy and not at work and having to drive in it!
  • LOL, I'm lucky I can work from home, so the only outside time I had was letting the dogs out and walking to the mailbox.

  • I would loooove to work from home!  Is your company hiring? lol but really!  I took my furbaby out for a walk this morning and if you have seen my bio pics shes a little thing.  She could not jump over the mounds of snow to go potty Smile. I picked her up and put her on the lawn under a tree where there was only a little snow lol.  This isn't her first winter but maybe she was so young last year she didn't remember it because this AM she looked completly confused!
  • LOL, that's how Tomas was when he was a puppy because he was so tiny his first winter (he is an August puppy).  Now he's an old pro at it.  Lily going potty outside in the snow = big FAIL.  She just wants to play in it and doesn't realize her potty spot is underneath it and now that it's dark out she just stares at it and then at me because she is a little priss and doesn't want her feet wet anymore.

I'm going to have DH shovel out a small patch of snow to expose the grass and see if that helps.  It worked nicely when Tomas was little.
