Work pot luck

We are having a work potluck Monday.  The company is providing meat and potatoes.  Sides and desserts are open.  I'll be out of town from Friday am to Sunday pm.  Any easy ideas?  No need to be fancy we're all just a bunch of papermakers.

Re: Work pot luck

  • I recently brought Stouffer's Frozen Mac & Cheese for an office potluck.  The party size isn't being enough for the microwave.  So I bought 2 family size packages.  Made them at home and scooped everything into a Glade container to take to work.

    It. was. a. hit.

  • What about a dip or cheese ball & crackers?

  • Since you'll be out of town, I'd probably stop at a local bakery and pick up a dessert.

If you want to make something, I have a recipe for pineapple pie that takes no more than 5 minutes to make, although it's probably more suited for the summer. Let me know if you want the recipe though.

  • Well, I just found out dessert is taken...with my going away cake!  I've resigned to stay home and Monday is my last day.

Oh well that's nice of them. I'd just bring an app then, cheese and crackers is easy.
