It was for red potatoes...boiling, then baking or something.....

Roasted Smashed Potatoes!
You boil them. Drain them. Put them on a cookie sheet. Smash them (I did with the bottom of a glass) season with salt, pepper, and herb of your choice and then put in the oven for 25 minutes.

LOL I have to post pictures from when I tried these...
I didn't have red potato......the potato was not small....not sure if they look like they're supposed to...lmao they were good. I topped it with a lil cheese and sour cream ;-)
