Apartments in Dublin (or nearby)?

Hi ladies.

I'm a Cincy Nestie asking a question for my sister. She's just accepted a position with a company in Dublin, her start date is mid-September. She now needs to find a place to live, but she is currently in Nashville.

Do any of you have suggestions for neighborhoods/complexes for her to consider? I'm pointing her toward Worthington, but I'm at a loss about the rest of the city.

 TIA!

Re: Apartments in Dublin (or nearby)?

  • I just moved here from Cinci so I am not an expert but... I was off Tuttle Crossing in Dublin when I first moved up here. I was in a place called the pines, but there were several complexes right in that area. All are nice, some are just newer than others. It had great access to the interstate, a mall and restaurants nearby, and it was really quiet considering how close to everything it was. Dublin has a great reputation so if the price is right she could stay near work :)

  • Thanks! I'll her know :)
  • It depends on what she is looking for.  There are some independent places listed on columbus.craigslist.org or you can use a site like apartmentguide.com for the complexes.  That said, there are some nice complexes off Britton Pkwy and Emerald Pkwy.  It is right by Tuttle Mall with easy access to Old Dublin and the highway.  I believe there are a couple off Frantz Rd. also which is also by the mall, just a mile or two east.

I don't have any specific places to suggest because I have owned a home for a few years and never lived in the Dublin area.

  • I second The Pines off of Tuttle Crossing. It was a really quiet and nice place to live. I lived there for a year when I first moved to Ohio. The pool and workout room are nice there too.

  • Thanks Ladies!

My sister found a place near Tuttle Crossing (can't remember the name off the top of my head though). She's really happy with the complex and the area as a whole. She moves in the first week in September!

  • Wonderful, glad to hear it worked out! (If she needs movers, I used Leaders up here and they were wonderful and well priced!)
