Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I hate being a manager
Seriously. I'm sitting here on maternity leave and just got an email from our CEO about my employees (one has numerous issues with the other one and is claiming no one ever does anything about it - I DO TONS of disciplinary action for the record, I just can't share that with them about other employees).
Dude. I already don't want to go back. Don't encourage the matter!

Can someone else handle it while you're out? It seems really crappy that you're out on LEAVE and your work still contacts you (I remember you posted about some other employees doing so a few weeks back).
You'd THINK that someone could handle it, but I suppose not.

I would respond back and tell them that you will start charging them an hourly fee for consulting with you while you are on LEAVE!

I told the CEO I could come in and handle it but I didn't know how that would affect my FMLA status and now it can apparently wait until Jan 11th!
That sucks they keep bothering you at home. I would be pissed. I know what you mean about hating being a manager. Some people are just massive pains in the @ss no matter what.
Hope they start to leave you alone.
