I am trying your taco tot cassrole tonight BTW, I found nacho cheese soup thing in your recipe at the new Wal Mart on Goldenrod and Lee Vista. I got the Chedder Cheese you use but thought I would share

I'm excited to know how it turned out for you!  I also found the soup at our Wal-Mart, but I liked the plain cheddar cheese much better.  The nacho soup tasted fake to me.  Thanks for thinking of me!

Oh Jacki, where did you get the rolls for the chilli cups? They didn't have it at the Publix by my house. They never really have much variations on bread.

I got them from a Publix.  Basically you just need something that has a fairly crusty outside so the liquid doesn't seep out.  You could make/buy bread bowls too!  Mmmmmm......

The taco tot was a success! SO GOOD! Thank you Jacki...the hubby thanks you too. It was a success and very good and so easy. I think you should be the new Rachel Ray

Aw, Jenny, I like you because you're good for my ego!  I confess that I sometimes like to imagine what I would say if I was on a cooking show when I'm making my favorite dishes       I would actually love to write a cookbook more so than be on TV, though.
