What to Wear out on the weekend?
So, I apparently don't go out enough in the winter. When I do go out, I go to a friend's house or if I go to a bar, its more of a pub/sports bar. This weekend we're going out in River North- on Hubbard st. probably. I've only been out there in the summer and wear a dress usually. What do the girls wear out in the winter? Would I be ok in nicer jeans and a short sleeve top-- or are all the girls going to be dressier, like in dresses and/or dress pants and tank tops? Sorry if this is a silly question, but I feel really clueless and don't want to show up underdressed!

A Bar-- one of those deals where all you can drink from 9-12. It's just so cold, the last thing I want to do right now is think about wearing a dress. But I don't want to be out of place in jeans if its a 'dressier' crowd in that area.
