Green Mountain Inn
In Stowe. Has anyone ever stayed there? My H just booked a weekend in January for my birthday. Just wondering what others' experiences were like.

This inn is fantastic!!! We stayed in a luxury room with a jacuzzi and gas fireplace. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. They really want you to enjoy every aspect of your stay. Every afternoon there is tea, cider and cookies, and once a week a wine and beer tasting - both are free. The heated pool was very nice, especially with snow falling all around at night. It's within walking distance to many great stores and restaurants. Such a great winter getaway, very relaxing!
