My Dad lost his job right before our wedding and has been having a really hard time lately, I want to take him to a nice Sunday brunch next weekend when I'm South Florida. Can you recommend somewhere to go thats in Plantation or anywhere as far north as Boca? Thanks!

Re: Need your help please
La Palma in Coral Gables is known for their brunch buffet. We actually had our brunch there the day after the wedding. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. I highly recommend!
It's not the cheapest (about $30pp plus tip I think) but it has a large selection of seafood, an omelette station, fruit, lox, and on and on and on.

The Holiday Inn in Highland Beach has a really nice one for the price. We took MIL there last year for Mother's Day.
The Bridge Hotel in Boca also has a nice one and is right on the water.
I would look into The Pelican Grand in Ft Lauderdale. I am pretty sure they have one. I was looking into it for when my mom was visiting, but we ended up going somewhere else. It is such a nice hotel and it is closer to you in Plantation.
