Hello ladies,
Just trying to find some ideas of what you are putting inside your DH's stocking for Christmas...
I've got one DVD, some candy canes... and that's it.
Any other candy is out of the question.(we still have left over Halloween candy)
He doesn't need socks...
Please help me!
TIA!

Great ideas Bella
b55c - sounds like your DH is going to have a great Christmas!!
there were a lot of good ideas in this this thread:
http://community.thenest.com/cs/ks/forums/thread/27208724.aspx
Cologne, Wii/XBox/PS2or3 games, CDs, framed picture of the two of you for his desk at work, new watch, a huggie of his fav. sports team, or small bottle of his favorite liquor.
My DH also goes to lunch with his buddies. I have bought him $10 gift cards to some of his fav. spots in the past.
DH's stocking has:
underwear
socks
a wooden tic tac toe game
a metal kazoo
jr. mints
a wooden puzzle game
a wirly-gig
I often do a paperback book, boxers, candy (PEZ dispensers are fun), deck of cards, silly toys if I can find them (he loves games/puzzles), tools (for the kitchen or a workshop).
This year: cloth lens cleaner, candy, boxers and socks - really 18 pair! He made some comment about not having enough, now he will - I went over our stated budget, because they are not the best gift - more like necessity and the quantity is a joke!
My DH always gets Beef Jerky. He loves it but never buys it for himself. Lotto scratch tix are also good.
Someone I know buys a sexy pair of undies for her self and puts in it her DH's stocking.
There was a great article in Dec's issue of Real Simple about a couple who decided not to buy anything new for their stockings, but to find things around the house to put in there. They had fun with it and found a lot of creative things to do like match books from places they've visited- an old deck of cards, etc. I thought that was real creative and fun.
