Dinner is done
I have been cooking like no tomorrow.
I made Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Casserole last night - big hit
I then made Reduced Sugar brownies with added nuts - another big hit
Today I made Chicken/Cajun Sausage Gumbo.
Jerry is lovin life. He came home from work and took a sniff. He said he cant wait for work tomorrow. He loves showing the guys what he had for dinner. Makes him happy. yippie.
I will say its taken me over 4 hours to cut, chop, saute that would normally take 1hr. I just keep taking crazy breaks to rest my spinning head. But dinner is done
