I've found tons of good sounding recipes on the "dinner" board, but I'm taking the easy way to deliciousness today - box mix! I am going to make a homemade buttercream icing to go on top of the wonderful smelling chocolate cupcakes!
What kind are you making?
Haven't thought that far yet. But it came to me when I read the cupcake post.
I'm thinking Red Velvet or maybe Carrot Cake cupcakes with cream cheese vanilla icing.
And where do you both live? I'll be stopping by both of your houses on my way home tonight!

I meant to say happy birthday to Gabe -- but I totally forgot to post! (We have the same birthday and I kept procrastinating . . . sorry!)
Sorry about making ya'll make cupcakes . . . once I mentioned cupcakes and Sweet on this board I pretty much knew somebody was going to make cupcakes on their own. (I swear I want sweets all the time now -- damn this medicine I am on that makes me crave sweets . . . I gotta get off this or else I am going to be HUGE!)
