As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

To do pics, go to a site like tinypic.com and upload it. You'll want to size it down, which you can do when you upload. Copy the [IMG] code that the site gives you. Once you have that code, go to the top of the nest and hit My Profile, then on the left there will be an option to edit your profile. Scroll down till you see the section labeled as signature. Paste the code and save.
For links, you'll need to use a different code.

Delete the asterisks and change the text to the corresponding pieces for the link to work. Leave the quotes in there.
To put pics and links in posts, when you are writing a post at the top there are a few different buttons you can use. The picture of a tree is for pics if you have a url for it. If you don't have a url then go the tinypic.com route. Use the same [IMG] code. For links, type the text you want, highlight it and the hit the button that look like a closed chain link, insert the url into the appropriate box and there you go.
