Need help for informal Christmas party
I am going to have a few of my husband's coworkers over for a Holiday party next week. I am stuck on what I should have on the menu. I am not going to have much time during the week to prepare so I was thinking Mexican themed. There is going to be at least 5 couples and a few have younger children. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I like the taco bar idea. You can also do quesadillas (easy and make-ahead-able).

For really good homemade guacamole mash the avacadoes with ranch dressing(mix in a little ranch at a time until you get a smooth green paste). Add garlic salt to taste. It's really simple but people love it.
