Impossible MIL to buy for

Help! I'm really struggling with what to get my MIL. Here's what she does NOT like:

Clothes (will only wear bad jeans and t-shirts or sweatshirts)
Make-up (refuses to wear any)
Jewelry (again, I've never seen her wear any besides her wedding band)
Alcohol (doesn't drink)
Mani / pedi / spa-type things (doesn't like ppl touching her)
Slippers (doesn't like them)

What would you give?? Any ideas? I'm completely stumped. DH hasn't been much of a help with this, unfortunately.

*Pajamas/nightgown (if she wears them)

*Photo album with a few recent family pics and plenty of room for more, or a digital photo frame

*Basket filled with her favorite goodies

*Gift cards to her favorite restaurant

*iPod or iTunes card, if she's computer savvy and likes music

*Cold, hard, cash

*Netflix gift subscription, magazine subscription

*2009 Christmas ornament for her tree (Lenox has some very pretty ones)

*Board game and a promise of a family fun night

*A cheesy holiday sweatshirt (yes, it's clothes, but you said she wears sweatshirts)

ETA: You said she doesn't like people touching her, but does she like fancy shower gel, bubble bath, fancy soap?

books, cds, movies, things that play to her interests.  For instance, my MIL loves gardening so we get her things for her garden, bulbs, hummingbird feeders, etc.  My inlaws are VERY religious and VERY into modern art, so this year we got MIL a piece of art depicting the Madonna and child.

Does she drive and have her own car. Get her a gift card to have her car detailed or cleaned. Or where does she get her hair cut get a gift cert. from their. What about  going to omaha steaks and ordering a filet  mingoin dinner I have done this for people who are impossible to buy for.

MINE TOO! Good luck. Last year I paid to get a wedding picture framed. This year I just asked and was like give me something. She wanted a nightgown. That's what she is getting!

I bought my (impossible) MIL a Chapters' giftcard within the allotted family set amount.  She is uber picky about what she reads and I figured that this way she can pick out her own books!

Do we have the same MIL?

I get my MIL kitchen stuff like pot holders, dish towels, baking sheets, cake pans, nice glasses, etc...

Giftcard to a restaurant she likes. Movie tickets. Giftcard to a bookstore, Target, Kohls. 

My MIL loves nutcrackers so one year I got her a huge nutcracker to put in front of her fireplace, nutcracker ornaments, nutcracker kitchen mat (obviously get her a "theme" she likes)

It's our first married Christmas, so luckily we can still do the photobooks from our wedding (which we did). We also are getting my ILs a gift card to Red Lobster (they live in the middle of no where and this is the closest restraunant they have and luckily they love it there but never treat themselves to a night out), & 3 photo ornaments with a wedding picture of ours in it/a picture of my nephew who's only a few months old/and a photo of my SIL's wedding.
