How was everyone's weekend?
Friday night was a blast.
Saturday was spent finishing Christmas shopping for family members.
Sunday was spent Christmas shopping for M. $600 later and I'm DONE. Spoiled brat. lol
Now it's Monday AGAIN. At least I only have 8 work days left till my holiday vacation, woo hoo!

Happy Monday! ....Annnnddd, I'm ready for the work week to be over already!
Friday was fun- got to go meet DH at work and went for lunch, then to a really good bakery. Friday night we went out and got together with some friends.
Saturday- went to my best friend's pastry school for an open house, it was delicious! Such an impressive display, tons of pastries and sweets, loved it! After that DH and I did some shopping.
Sunday- the weather was crappy, so we only ventured out to go grocery shopping. But, we finally put up our Christmas tree, decorated the house, and wrapped some presents. And, I watched White Christmas because it was on tv again...love that movie!
Hey Ladies!
Friday was DH's b-day so we went out with his Dad and Step-mom to dinner at a resturant called Cabash. It was Mediterranean cusine which isn't quite my style but over all it was nice.
Saturday I had my last grad school class for the semester! Then we went to dinner at DH's mom's house so we could celebrate his birthday with her and his step-dad.
Sunday we were supposed to be at my aunt's house for a Christmas get together at noon but Pittsburgh turned into an ice skating rink all morning so it ended up getting delay until 2 PM.
Fri-played games w the kids(we love Cranium and Sequence!) and colored... (they said I was a good colorer... I told them I draw on a daily basis, so I'd better be good
)
Sat-worked-had 2 decent sales-yah! later, we decorated DH's cake-with pink icing-thanks to SD... we baked cookies, decorated the tree, watched Night at the Museum II, made a bad attempt at playing Wii (the kids brought it over-we don't have/don't want one...)
Sun-took SD to see The Nutcracker, dinner, watched Love Actually (sans kids, of course!)
Friday - Got a haircut and had lunch with my mom. DH's Christmas party was that night. I wouldn't say it was fun so much, but it wasn't a terrible time. We basically stayed until the Admiral left and then left shortly after.
Saturday - Errands and then dinner with friends before they move to California for 2-3 years. The husband is going to the Navy post-grad school in Monterey.
Sunday - Brunch and more errands. I made cookies for our office cookie exchange on Thursday.
Good Morning Ladies!!
Friday- I went to B(co-workers) wifes funeral. Boss let us off early to go. Then went home and to the bank where DH wanted me to get a small "credit line" loan. So we could buy a car at the auction that he knew he could make money off of. Well the lady wouldn't even check my credit to see if I could get the loan. She wouldn't even look it up. I guess she thought since I looked young that I was not going to have good credit. As far as I know I have Great credit. Even thought I've only had one loan in my life it was for over $9,000 and I have never been late on a payment. I was so mad she wouldn't even try. I just went in there and asked and she said "no" right off the batt...UGH!
Sorry that turned into a vent.
Saturday- DH and I worked on a car we have, and fixed FIL's truck. Then we took DH's Gran Christmas Shopping. Yeah that's right MIL was no where to be found when G needed to go Christmas shopping.(but that's another FF all together) then we went to our sunday school Christmas Party. Soo fun!! We played Dirty Santa with like 40 people is was Hillarious!
(Confession- I picked my own gift cause I knew I would like it, and I'm always afraid I'll end up with the "Santa Clause salt and pepper shakers" which were there)
Sunday- Church, lunch with the choir and the practice for the Christmas Cantata. Then to FIL's Birthday party. Back to church for a puppet show for the kids. Too cute!! And then supper at pizza Hut. DH could eat pizza every meal of every day.
So that's it...
I had a boring weekend.
Friday night we stayed in and played with the baby. I made baked ziti which was really hard to do with a 2 month old!
Saturday I hung out at my ILs doing laundry all day. Saturday night we got Arby's with the ILs (we are big spenders, haha) and then went home and conked out early.
Yesterday I folded the laundry and played with Hunter all day!
Friday night DH and I went to a little restaurant/bar in our new town. It was really nice. The food was good and the drinks were cheap.
Saturday we finished all of our christmas shopping and went to a texmex restauarant for dinner. Then went home and wrapped presents, had a few cocktails and watched tv.
Sunday it was pouring, so we decided to finish painting. Stopped at Old Navy before picking up my son from his dad's.
Friday I went to my first Midwife appt and got a lecture about gaining weight (really, I have gained 11lbs, I thought I was doing pretty well). On the way home, I got a flat tire on the freeway. Luckily, I was close to home, so I just drove home on it (I know, I know, you aren;t supposed to do that), called the tow truck guy to put on my spare, then went to Discount Tire to get a new Tire. While there, discovered that I purchased the warranty on my tires, so it was only $37.00 to replace (yay!!!)
Friday night was DH's Christmas party, it was fun, in a typical huge Christmas party way. We got home about 12:30 and had to take my little sis to the airport at 4:45 (had a converstation on the way there about the fact that she is 20 and can learn how to take a cab at this point in her life).
Saturday, Saturday night, nothing...really not a lot of anything.
Sunday, birthday party for nephew at a place with a bunch of bouncy houses, it was pretty fun!
Good Morning ladies (still morning here)
Friday night- laundry and catching up on my TIVO'd shows (DH worked graveyard)
Saturday- woke up with a killer headache that wouldn't go away, but I still managed to do some shopping and go to a co-worker's little 2yo son's b-day party (good food helped w/my headache, but the downpour of rain did not). DH had to work overnight again, so I went to my parent's house to spend the night (cuz I'm a big baby).
Sunday- woke up headache free, hung out with my brother watching football and relaxed. Went home and got ready for church w/DH then back to my parents house afterwards for dinner.
Pretty relaxing weekend overall, but didn't get as much done as I wanted because I wasn't feeling too great. I have to make up for it this week. I can't believe there's only like 10 days left 'til Christmas!!!!
