ISO iPod FM Transmitter
First time posting on this board, but figured this is the best place!
BIL finally got around to using his new (from last Christmas) iPod, and I want to get him a car radio adapter. If you have one, please recommend! He has the iPod Classic.

Griffin Technology makes great iPod accessories. We have our car adapter through them.
Here are their iPod FM transmitters.
The FM transmitter has never worked for me. DH spent $70 on one for me last christmas that I used once because it sucked. I could never find a clear enough station. Maybe if you live in a more rural area, but not in big cities.
I used to have the one that went into your tape deck and it was the best. Now I don't have a tape deck anymore so it's out of the question. If he still has a tape player, I say get him that one.
My car has a tape player, so that's the adapter I have. I agree that it is really good. I really like it, and from the reviews I've seen online that is the best quality sound.
I ended up getting him a Monster iTrip. Hopefully it works for him!
