When we bought Allenstown almost 3 years ago we used Coldwell Banker out of Amherst.  They are at the junction of 101A and 122 in Amherst, by the RR tracks.  They were also very nice.

highly recommend Dave!!  Call him, to see if you like (i'ld bet my house you do) and if not you can always choose someone else.  He works out of N. Nashua but has lived in Merrimack for 15 years so that might also help with your sale since he knows this town in and out!

Thanks for the recs, everyone, please keep them coming. Our place will be going on the market late winter/early spring, a little earlier than we expected, but such is life. I want to make sure I have a really dynamic selling agent in this market!

Jeanette, FWIW, we're going to put it on the market after the first of the year, probably in March if everything works according to plan. If you are interested, great- if not, no worries. I honestly think that for the area (and I'm talking Merrimack/Nashua), you can't get a condo with this square footage for 1) the price and 2) this low of a condo fee. Plus, we've done some decent improvements on it since we've been here. Always more you could do, but I think we're stopping in order to stockpile some $ for the new place. Ah, well.
