AAUGH! Moldy car and car detailed
Long story short -- I took my MINI Cooper to get detailed at Bill's carwash. (This was last Friday) I took out the mats like they told me too and let it dry for a few days. Well, I went in my car yesterday and it was disgusting! Totally smelled moldy and stuff was still damp -- yuck!
Luckily I called Bill's and they told me to bring it in today and they will wash everything again and ozone it to take out the smell and mold. I hope it works!
I picked up the car a few hours ago but it has been raining so I can't air dry in the sun. (it's a convertible) Hopefully all will be well. I have to say that the manager at Bill's was super nice and they took care of everything for me. (They even remembered my car -- so I din't have to agrue or even show them a receipt)
I just hope the mildew smell goes away! Hello, I wanted my car cleaned not smelling gross!

That sucks! I hope the smell goes away too. There is nothing worse than that mold smell. Blech!
Well, I just checked on it -- I think it just might be drying and the smell isn't moldy. I am still crossing my fingers!!
If only we didn't live in a place with almost 100% humidity -- dag nab it!!
