waiting for DH to come home
I made dinner and it was ready half an hour ago...I guess I shouldn't have been so proactive. Ugh. I just wanted to eat dinner early because I hardly slept last night at all (took the red-eye back from CA). If he doesn't come home in the next 30 mins I'm eating my dinner and heading to bed w/o him!
Re: waiting for DH to come home
I hate when I do that! If I ever to make dinner DH gets stuck in traffic or something else holds him up. I have learned to call him before I start making dinner.
I say eat dinner and then get some sleep!
I should say DH is out of town and I tried making on of his crockpot meals. (He's the cook and I'm the baker in the household) Well, I added 1 3/4 cup of chicken broth when it was only suppossed to be 3/4. (UGH!) It figures DH called me right in the middle of measuring and trying to set up the meal -- so I blamed it on him after I found out what I had down. (It was too late to fix -- so I have soupy soupy crockpot meal!
