How to hide electrical etc. boxes?

We picked a really nice lot for our new home with one major exception.  It seems like the cable and electric boxes for our cul de sac ended up in our yard.

Does anyone have any good suggestions on how to minimize this?  PIPs would be wonderful if you have them.

I'm anxious to spend the winter planning out my attack on these eyesores.

I don't have the utility box in my yard, but I do remember reading a Garden Gate Magazine tip on how to disguise it.

There should be directions on the box as to how far away you can plant things (at least there is where I live). Make sure to follow those because if a utility worker has to get to the box they will hack away any plants that are too close.
