In the spirit of being productive at work, I'd thought - being a newb - that I'd partake in this activity today. It's fun. I'll be around all. day. long. so ask away!

What are your favorite ways to spice up a ho-hum workout routine?
Do you use a personal trainer?
What's the best meal you cook?
My Bio (wedding pics added 7/6)
My 101
spicing up a workout routine: try something new! a new class will always challenge you. my newest obsession is spinning. can't get enough. pick a new weight machine or exercise to try out each week. women tend to do a ton of cardio and not much strength training - but it's just as important. that's how you get to be "skinny fat." also - take a friend. working out with a partner tends to push you and challenge you in ways you normally wouldn't be.
I do not work out with a personal trainer, since I am one...I don't think I should pay for that! But, I do work out with the owner of the company I train for sometimes, because he does tend to push me further than I push myself, and I need a spotter when weight training.
the best meal i cook? hmmm...i tend to cook things that are quick, easy and lowfat, read: kind of boring! probably mexican lasagna.
