Live in San Marcos, CA- good doctor/OBGYN?
We just moved here about 3 months ago and I am looking for a good doctor nearby within a 10 mile radius. I am with Sharp Medical Group now but fine with changing if it means a good doctor. Pefer one that does genreal medicine but can also do annuals. Would like a female doctor, but open to suggestions. Thanks for your input!

My doctor is probably to far south for you but I see Aimee Lopes with Sharp in Kearney Mesa and I LOVE her.
Edited to say she is my PCP and not an OB/GYN

Not an OB/GYN recommendation but just a doctor recommendation.
Im with Scripps and my primary care doctor is Yenny Lim at the Scripps Rancho Bernardo Clinic. I typically do NOT like female doctors BUT I LOVE my doctor. She doesnt believe in just writing a prescription for any problem and wants to try natural ways/remedies before she starts handing out pills like candy. She has been working with me on my knee pain and so far we have not had to resort to heavy drugs and PT.
The 2 OB/GYNs ive used out here are male. Dr. Dale Mitchell (scripps la jolla ob/gyn) is the one that I currently see but I have also seen Dr. Salzetti (scripps RB) when he used to be with Center for Healthcare.
If you can switch to Scripps under your health plan you will have more options in North County for Doctors.
I was also with Sharp Medical Group. Both of my drs are in Escondido. My PCP is Dr. Seruelo at Graybill, and my Ob/Gyn was Dr. Cerrone at Escondido OB/GYN. I really like them both. The only reason I am probably going to change OBs is that I don't want to deliver at Palomar, but with Sharp you would have to anyways. GL!
