WWYW?

Work X mas party is tonight at D & B. Some ladies  are dressing up. Pencil skirts - cute tops and the such...

But it's fricken D & B dude I wasn't planing on dressing up- maybe jeans, boots and a cute top.

Should I dress up though? I just didn't think D & B warrented dressing up - but now me thinks I should maybe consider it.

Thoughts?

  • Knowing other ladies are dressing up I would. Then again I like to dress up but not feel like I'm overdressed.

  • Pencil skirts are not conducive to a good time at D&B.  Those girls are stupid.

Weemz I love you. Right Hug

  • Knowing others are dressing up, I'd probably wear a comfy sweater dress or similar and boots. Comforable, but not jeans.
  • Keep in mind I just don't care about fitting in, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

If my husband is wearing jeans, I'm wearing jeans, too.

  • I would wear jeans, boots, and a cute top. No way would I air hockey or skee ball in a dress.

  • And honestly, some people can look more dressed up in jeans and a cute top than other people wearing dresses and the like.

Agree. They will be watching sadly from the sidelines as you rack up tickets.

  • I would stick with what you had planned, there's no reason for skirts at D&B unless you like that kind of thing anyway.

  • I would just wear a nice top/jeans/boots - girls at D&B in the full getup look silly!

Yes  Totally this.  D&B is not the place to rock a skirt.

  • I enjoy dressing up so I probably would do that but not in a pencil skirt. I agree that you'd probably have more fun dressed comfy. Enjoy!
