Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Boss vent
So I feel like my boss doesn't want me to follow through on a program because she is fearful that it won't work. We did it last year with moderate success but I have plans to make it better. However, each suggestion she says... that won't work, faculty won't do it, make is simple. SOOOO, I just feel like she is such a negative nelly about the whole thing so I pulled the plug.
The thing that makes me mad is that she is so passive agressive about that she won't come out and say... it is too cost prohibative to complete. Instead she makes this side comments and I have to explain to my GA what they mean.
I can't wait for maternity leave or finding a new job. I have two applications to complete this week.
