I'm eating dinner while *watching* an exercise video!!
Yep...that's how i roll. 
But to be fair, it's the NYCB Workout and i'm checking to make sure that it's not beyond me and my 20yrs of dance experience and that's it not too crazy and won't re-hurt my hip. And so far it looks pretty tame and like it'll be good for me!
And i'm eating cheesy brown rice with broccoli. So i don't feel too bad. If it were the KFC that i originally wanted, then i'd be ashamed.

LMFAO! My BFF gave me a Yoga for Beginners video for Christmas last week. When my yoga studio was closed on Sunday due to the snow, I found myself watching the video while eating a bacon, egg & cheese english muffin sandwich and drinking coffee. But hey, I did the yoga afterwards!
