  • It makes me kinda sad, but it's her kids. Shame that they could spoil it for the other kids though.
  • I thought she was "meanie" too, and kind of a drama queen. I loved this letter, and hope that someday, when I am in the position, I can answer the questions of my children with such eloquence. Thanks for posting!
  • It is funny how someone can say they aren't talking about Jesus or his birth on christmas and that is fine.  A personal choice.  But God don't take away Santa.....Oh not that..Please Christmas is just as great with out it.  My kids think Santa is like Frost just a cuties christmas story.  Which he is..He isn't what makes christmas fun or amazing. Sorry so many of you NEED him for your children to enjoy christmas.
  • I don't think children need Santa for Christmas.  I just question your motives for removing him from the holiday, quite frankly.  It seems awfully self-serving and weird.  Children are not little adults.

  • I also don't need chocolate sauce on my ice cream, but it makes it a little more magical.

Like I said, it's your kids - and tell them what you like, but if they ruin it for other kids, that's a bit sad.
