Traditional gift is wood, so I was thinking a "woodsy" fragrance. He loves fragrance but he already has a ton.

For wood, is there a piece of furniture he's been wanting or a piece of art? If he's a golfer, you could get him a "wood" club.
For silver, I'd do a watch or cufflinks. Both are really nice gifts.
