Really dumb ? for bakers
I have a bundt cake recipe that I want to make cupcakes out of. The recipe says to bake in a bundt pan for an hour and 5 minutes, that seems long for cupcakes. What is the difference in cook time between a bundt cake and cupcakes (ie, when should I start checking the cupcakes for doneness)?
